Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Unopened Items

You may return any unopened, unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at steve@country2capital.com with your order number and details of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return

1. Email us at steve@country2capital.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm the return and provide the return address
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we process your refund.
