How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents — your privacy is our priority.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship within the UK only. We're looking to expand internationally in the future.

Are your products body-safe?

Yes. Every product we stock uses body-safe, non-toxic materials. We only partner with reputable manufacturers who meet our quality standards.

What is a 3XLR connection?

3XLR is the industry standard connector for sex machine attachments. It means you can swap attachments between compatible machines from different brands — giving you maximum flexibility.

Can I use the machine with a partner?

Yes — our machines are designed for both solo and couples use. The hands-free design means you can focus on each other rather than holding a device.
